At Harper & Hazel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Below you will find our return process and the conditions that must be met.
How to Return an Item
Send an email to info@harperandhazel.com including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and — if applicable — clear photos of any damage or defects. You will then receive a return form and further instructions from us.
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. All labels and tags must remain intact.
Products may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess them, as you would in a physical store.
Hygiene-sensitive products, such as cosmetics or skincare items, may not be opened or used.
Please ensure that the return package is shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for the return shipment and any associated shipping costs.
Returns are processed at our central warehouse in Asia, which may result in higher shipping costs than usual.
Please note that any import duties or customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return shipment has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
After approval, you will receive a confirmation email.
Original shipping costs and any additional charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At Harper & Hazel, exchanges are possible as long as the desired size is still in stock.

Important Return Conditions
Returned items must be in perfect condition, including original packaging and labels.
Products must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
Returns showing visible signs of use may be partially or fully refused.
Hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt with clear photos.
Shipping Costs and Return Address
If a return shipment is initiated by the customer, the return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The exact amount depends on the selected carrier.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as damaged or incorrectly delivered items, the return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. Any import duties or customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking and Responsibility
We recommend sending return shipments with a track & trace service.
Always keep your shipping receipt in a safe place.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Depreciation
If a product is returned in a condition that does not comply with our return conditions, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.
This applies, among other things, to products:
with removed labels or tags
with opened or damaged packaging
